Coin Lockers

Unfortunately, there are no coin lockers inside LUCUA osaka.
The nearest lockers are located in JR Osaka Station on Floors 1 and 3 (outside the ticket gates).

Wheelchair pickup is available only on 2F, LUCUA 1100.
Reservations can be made through the Babycal website. To pick up your stroller or wheelchair, scan your QR code at the rental kiosk.
Fees: ¥500 for the first hour, ¥100 for every additional 30 min. (maximum ¥1,500 for 12 hrs.)
